Refund policy
Merch like shirts, glassware and other gear can be returned within 30 days of purchase date in person to the brewery at 700 Queen St. East in Toronto. If you can’t return in person please contact us at info@eastboundbeer.com and maybe we can work something out.
We can exchange items as long as they’re in perfect shape and there is a replacement in stock. Condition of the item will be determined at our discretion. But hey, we’re reasonable.
We don’t offer returns or exchanges on beer. We can't be sure how it was stored and don’t want to risk selling it to someone else.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We suggest regifting.
