The Inspiration
We wanted to create a dish that felt like a bridge between two worlds. By taking the rugged, savoury depth of spiced beef and pairing it with the bright, floral notes of fresh fruit, we’ve created a taco that is equal parts hearty and refreshing. It’s a "Tex-y" twist on a tropical holiday, and it’s officially ready for its close-up.

We don’t believe in "boring", so every layer of the Carne Papaya is designed to hit a different part of your palate:
